📄 Terms & Conditions – Doorstep Car Wash
1. Service Availability
Our doorstep car wash services are available by prior booking only. Service slots are subject to availability based on location, staff assignment, and timing.
2. Travel Charges
A travel surcharge will apply if the customer's location exceeds 4 km (round trip) from Civil Lines. Charges are calculated based on additional distance per km.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings must be made in advance through our official platform. Payment must be completed before or immediately after the service. Online payment options and cash are accepted.
4. Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled slot may incur a cancellation fee. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for confirmed cases of double booking or service non-fulfillment. Dissatisfaction-based refunds are subject to management review and resolution.
6. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your service up to 2 hours before the appointment without any penalty. Rescheduling requests within 2 hours may be treated as a new booking.
7. Safety & Liability
Our staff are trained and use standard, non-damaging cleaning products. We are not liable for any pre-existing vehicle damage or issues caused by poor sealing, rust, or faulty electrical components.
8. Access & Parking
The customer must ensure proper access and a suitable location for our team to perform the wash. Inaccessible or hazardous locations may result in refusal of service.
9. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer in cases of unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or non-compliance with our policies.
10. Updates to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them before booking.
